*HOST RULE*
If we need to create two lobbies at the same time, there will be 2 hosts, one for each lobby. I will be the host in one lobby, as always, and the host of the other lobby will be a player that I'll choose.
The chosen host will have all authorisations that I have. With them he can do everything that I usually do in the meets, like starting a vote for a themed car meet, drags etc., he can choose the leader of the cruse etc. If a host doesn't behave or drive good, every player has the permission to send me a message and I'll change the host if needed (without mentioning your name of course).
*APPLICATION PROCESS FOR NEW PLAYERS*
We already have a lot of members in the club and usually more members want to join our meets and cruises than the lobby can hold. To keep the quality of the players that are in our club, as well as the quality of the club in general and to sort out the bad players, there is an APPLICATION PROCESS every new player needs to go through, so that we can only have the best players and drivers in our club. Bad driving won't be tolerated and players that drive or behave had will be kicked out of the club. You will get more detailed about this process after you message me :)
1. Use realistic cars (no concept or prototype cars or cars that you can't buy in real life).
2. Use realistic paints and designs.
3. Keep enough safety distance. THE MINIMUM SAFETY DISTANCE IS 2 CAR-LENGTHS!
4. No tailgating!
5. Don't overtake cars of other players while we're cruising (except on the highway), only if it's really necessary! It's
6. Don't invite friends without permission!
7. Overtaking other players is usually forbidden. You can overtake other players only if it's really needed and on the highway (highway rule). However, it's allowed to drive in front of the convoy and then park the car on the side of the road, so that you can make pictures or videos when we pass just let everyone know and they will stop and wait for you to get into position.Let everyone know your in ready and they will set off
8. As a player you can only overtake on places where it's safe to do this action. You can overtake wherever it's safe, regardless if there's a broken white line on the road or not. However, you're not allowed to overtake if there're double continuous white lines along the centre of the road like on bridges or tunnels.
9. If you notice that a player is driving or behaving bad, avoid to message the player directly. Instead message admin and I'll contact the player and solve the problem for you, anonymously, without mentioning your name, so we can avoid an argument between players and it would also give me a feedback, so I can now who is driving bad. This situation usually won't happen because we have good drivers and players in the club.

*CONNECTING TO LOBBIES/RACE RESTARTS*
1. If a driver has an issue connecting to a lobby then all efforts will be made to resolve the problem within an accepted time scale. All drivers should make sure that NAT settings are open.
2. The host may allow restarts where constant lag occurs but this is very rare.
3. The only other case where restarts may occur is if three or more cars suffer engine damage (as a result of a collision) within the first few corners of the first lap. This is very rare and although some drivers may not agree with the outcome of the hosts decision, it should be understood this action is taken at the lobby hosts discretion and will be supported by the site administration.
